Although children are resilient, these elements of current events can be extremely stressful, having a profound effect on the natural wonder and innate joy of a child. While some Yoga is starting to become available to kids, the practice is not nearly as widespread as adult Yoga, nor expressed in ways that children can more readily connect with and relate to.
